Based on the Nippon Shokubai Group’s Mission Statement, we at Nippon Nyukazai have established our Code of Conduct, and will engage in sustainable activities to enhance our corporate value, through repeated dialogues with our various stakeholders.
In order to promote company-wide CSR activities in line with the start of our new medium-term management plan, we set up a CSR Promotion Committee, chaired by the company president, on April 1, 2022, and have started activities.
We are working on the following key CSR topics.
- Discussions at the CSR Promotion Committee: Health-conscious management, and active participation by women and seniors
- Discussions through the establishment of expert committees: Development and sales expansion of “environmental contribution products,” and formulation of business continuity plans (BCPs)
Toward achieving our Goal Status in 2030, we continue working on these key topics to contribute to the sustainable development of society.
